Sports and betting should be a small part of your life — enjoy them in balance with family, work, and rest.

Transparent Information

We publish all bonus terms, conditions, and payment policies clearly so you can make fully informed decisions.

Support & Assistance

If you're struggling, our support team is always here — we're here to help, not to judge.

What warning signs should you watch out for?

Gaming problems often develop gradually and can be hard to recognize early on. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, pause and reflect.

  • Chasing losses by placing more bets to try to win back money you've lost.
  • You are spending more time gaming at the expense of family, friends, or work.
  • Spending beyond your budget and sliding into debt.
  • Lying or hiding the truth about your gaming activity.
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you're not gaming.

How do you set time and budget limits?

The most effective approach to responsible gaming is setting limits before you start. sp2 is here to help you stick to them.

Budget Planning

Decide in advance how much BDT you'll spend on entertainment each week or month — and never deposit more than that. Only use money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.

Time Management

Set a fixed amount of time for gaming each day. Use your phone's timer or alarm to help. Avoid gaming when you're tired or emotionally overwhelmed.

What self-control tools are available?

Sp2 offers several effective tools to help keep users safe. Any of these can be activated at your request, at any time.

  • Deposit Limits: Request a cap on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
  • Cooling-Off: Temporarily pause your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for an extended period. Once enabled, access cannot be restored before the set time has elapsed.

To activate any of these features, contact our support team: [email protected]

What steps are taken to protect minors?

Sp2 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using our services. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Even so, if you have children or teenagers at home, a few extra precautions are worth taking.

Device Security

Keep strong passwords on your phone and computer. Always log out of the sp2 app or website when you're done. Make sure children cannot access your login credentials.

Family Awareness

Have open conversations with family members about responsible gaming. Help children understand that this is entertainment intended for adults only.

Where can you find help to restore balance in your life?

Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you feel gaming is getting out of control, take action today.

A few tips for yourself:

  • Spend at least one hour a day on physical exercise or outdoor activities.
  • Spend time with family and friends — relationships are life's most valuable asset.
  • Pick up a hobby or creative activity outside of gaming.
  • Make sure you're getting enough sleep and eating well.
  • When you're feeling stressed, talk to someone you trust instead of turning to gaming.

If you or someone you know may be struggling with a gaming problem, please reach out to a professional mental health service provider. In Bangladesh, you can contact your nearest hospital or healthcare center for mental health support.
